Orders between £100-£200 have a Courier charge of £12.00
Orders below £100 have a Royal Mail charge of £4.95

Turnaround Time
We base our time frame on working weeks.
Our time frame is a guide, there are occasions where orders can take longer than expected to embroider and this can push other orders past their deadline by a day or two. In this instance we will try our best to keep you informed of any delays.
If no time frame is listed on the website then we are typically working on 5-7 days turnaround.
School Orders are taking up to 1 week if items are not in stock. This varies depending up the time of year. During July and August stock levels are constantly changing and not all sizes may be in stock at the time of ordering.
You will receive a dispatch notification email once your order has been sent out, this will have tracking information on it. Please check your junk mail for this.
Royal Mail Deliveries
Orders that are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually take 2-3 working days to arrive, once orders are completed and sent out.
Once the parcels have left us they are in the hands of Royal Mail.
If you are not home when delivery is made your parcel will be taken to your sorting office for you to collect.
Please use the tracking information provided to track your order. Royal Mail don't always leave calling cards if no-one is home when delivery is attempted, so always check with your local sorting office too.
We are not liable for any parcels not called for from the postal sorting office and any parcels returned to us will need to have the postage charge re-applied for it to be resent to the customer
Courier Deliveries
Orders sent by Courier are sent on a next day service, once the order is completed and sent out.
You will receive an email from when your order has been dispatched please check your junk mail for this
Please ensure that someone is home to take delivery, as our courier will only attempt to deliver twice before the delivery will need to be rebooked in and a charge applied to the customer
Collect from Store
If you are local to us you can now collect from store for Free
When your order is ready you will receive an email confirming this
Pay pal Customers:
Please double check the address registered to your Pay pal account
If you choose to pay by Pay pal the online system links with your Pay pal account and will use the address registered as your delivery address, unless you enter it manually
We can not be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect addresses
Returns Policy:
Unfortunately garments that are individually personalised are not eligible for exchange or refund if the item does not fit or if the customer has ordered the incorrect item.

We advise trying on a colleagues garment first before you order your own or check your measurements. The listed measurements are based on a to fit size, so there is always room of about an inch either side to allow for comfort
The Hooded Sweatshirts and Fleece jackets that we use are a good size and a Unisex Fit, so please keep this in mind when ordering
Should you need to return or exchange a garment that is not personalised, please contact us by email to request a return. You then have 14 days from the date you receive the item to return it to us.
If a garment is faulty we will ask for it to be returned for inspection or send us an email with photographic evidence within 6 months of purchase

Should a replacement for a faulty garment be offered, it will only be replaced with the same size as the faulty garment.
