Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions will apply to all agreements between The Uniform Factory and their customers. The Uniform Factory agrees to complete the requirements of the customer as per the details provided by the customer to The Uniform Factory and recorded as a hard copy between the 2 parties. Payment: Your order must be fully paid for online using one of our payment options. Emailed orders can be paid for using a secure pay by link which is emailed to you, direct into our bank or through Pay pal. Possession of the products by the customer will not be completed until the full bill has been paid by the customer. Designs If the customer would like to change their design, The Uniform Factory need to be informed in writing via email to sales@uniformfactory.co.uk for this to be possible. Additional setup fees may apply. Discount: Discount code usage is applied at the sole discretion of The Uniform Factory. Garment Description & Sizing: Please note that colour samples shown may not exactly match the colours on the actual garments. Also, for exact sizing, please check the sizing guide. Please contact us if you have any queries sales@uniformfactory.co.uk The Uniform Factory cannot be held responsible for garments ordered incorrectly or if they don't fit when received. Please refer to our size guide when choosing your size. The Uniform Factory Returns Policy You may return any non personalised product within 28 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale. The Uniform Factory will also pay the return postage costs up to the value £5.00 for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the material is deemed to be faulty. Returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed. Faulty garments need to be inspected by The Uniform Factory in person or by email with photographic evidence to sales@uniformfactory.co.uk within 6 months of purchase. Faulty garments are replaced on a like for like basis The Uniform Factory reserves the right to the final decision on whether goods can be returned, exchanged or refunded. All personalised items can not be returned if not faulty, this includes all garments that have a custom design requested by the customer (Embroidery & Printing) The Uniform Factory are not responsible for mistakes i.e spellings etc made by the customer. Please double check your spellings when placing your order. The Uniform Factory cannot be held responsible for garments ordered incorrectly Postage costs for items needing to be returned due to customer error or sizing issue at no fault to The Uniform Factory, have to be covered by the customer. Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of: Goods that have been embroidered or printed unless there is a fault on the garment. The fault needs to be reported within 6 months of purchase Goods that have been customised in line with your requirements. Goods that have been specially produced in line with your requirements and are personalised. In the event of goods arriving with production or manufacturing errors The Uniform Factory reserves the rights to correct this prior to offering a refund. This does not affect your statutory right The Uniform Factory withhold the right to refuse orders, at their sole discretion, for (but not limited to): (a) Offensive words and slogans (a) copyrighted material These terms and conditions apply on all orders, this includes both repeat orders and new orders from customers. For the avoidance of doubt if there should be any dispute under these terms and conditions or the contract between The Uniform Factory and the customer then such dispute shall be dealt with under English law The Uniform Factory points out that these terms and conditions do not in any way remove, restrict, hinder or take away from the customer any of their statutory rights. |
